Job Title: Sales Manager
Reports to: Sales Director

Job Description

A Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the sales agents within the company, ensuring the sales team meets its targets and performs optimally. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Setting Clear Sales Goals and Objectives:

    • Set sales targets for agents and the team, aligned with company objectives.
    • Define and regularly assess key performance indicators (KPIs).
  2. Recruitment and Training:

    • Recruit skilled sales agents for selling electric vehicles.
    • Organize onboarding and continuous training sessions.
  3. Motivating and Coaching the Sales Team:

    • Recognize achievements and provide incentives.
    • Offer coaching sessions and organize team-building activities.
  4. Performance Monitoring and Evaluation:

    • Monitor sales performance through reports and CRM tools.
    • Conduct daily meetings and provide constructive feedback.
  5. Assigning and Managing Territories/Leads:

    • Distribute territories and leads based on strengths and experience.
    • Ensure timely follow-up on leads.
  6. Conflict Resolution and Problem Solving:

    • Address interpersonal conflicts and assist with challenges.
    • Resolve customer complaints effectively.
  7. Ensuring Compliance and Best Practices:

    • Ensure adherence to company policies and ethical standards.
    • Promote best practices in the sales cycle.
  8. Communication and Reporting:

    • Maintain communication between sales agents and management.
    • Provide regular performance reports to the Sales Director.

Qualifications:

  1. Educational Background:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Sales Experience:

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and sales management.
    • Experience in selling high-value products or vehicles in a competitive market.
    • Experience managing and coaching sales teams.
    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools is advantageous.
