Job Summary:
The Project Officer will implement the One Health project, work with various stakeholders, support beneficiary groups, and ensure alignment with WWF's social policies. Responsibilities include training, capacity strengthening, organizing campaigns, supporting data collection, and promoting public health initiatives within communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement work plans and training modules.
- Mainstream WWF social policies in partner programs.
- Support capacity-building among beneficiary communities.
- Conduct training, health camps, and impact assessments.
- Document success stories and prepare progress reports.
- Provide data analysis, ensure timely reporting, and maintain project files.
- Promote collaboration with local health facilities and community health workers.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Community Health Sciences, Veterinary Medicine, Epidemiology, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public/community health projects.
- Strong communication skills in English; local language skills preferred.
- Experience with international NGOs, government agencies, or research institutions is desirable.
- Proficiency in GIS and remote sensing tools is an added advantage.
