- University degree or above.
- Fresh graduates, under 26 years old, CGPA > 3.5.
- Fresh graduates with ambitions to start a career in coffee growing, individuals with experience in coffee growing, and teachers with a passion for coffee growing are encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations.
