Position: Loans Officer (7)
Millennium SACCO 2012 Ltd was established on the 13/12/2012 under Ankole Diocese. The main objective is to improve the people’s livelihoods by getting affordable loans and having a good savings culture in our society. Currently, MS 2012 Ltd has eight branches that operate in greater Mbarara. The branches are: Mbarara branch, Ibanda Branch, Kabuyanda Branch, Kinoni Branch, Rugaaga Branch, BSU Branch, Ngarama Branch, and Ntinda-Kampala Branch.
Millennium SACCO 2012 Ltd would like to recruit competent persons to fill in the vacant positions as below:
REQUIRED COMPETENCES
- A Degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Microfinance, and Accounting & Finance is preferred and any other related field.
- Must have had a credit in Mathematics and English at O’level.
- Must have good marketing and negotiation skills.
- Must be a good team player.
- Strong communication skills and proven customer service experience.
- Must have analytical and financial skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Riding skills are a MUST with a valid riding permit.
- Must be a person of high integrity.
- One year experience in SACCO or Microfinance is key.
