Qualifications & Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of welding experience
- Certificate from an accredited institution
- Knowledge of machinery, electrical equipment, manual tools
- Willing to work outside Kampala, with factory accommodation and meals
Responsibilities:
- Fabricate, assemble, and repair metal structures using MIG, ARC, and TIG welding
- Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and specifications
- Operate welding equipment and conduct quality checks
- Adhere to safety protocols
