Job Opportunity: Technical Sales Representative

Pixel Design Studio Ltd, a creative powerhouse specializing in graphic design and printing services, is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Technical Sales Representative to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue and growth for the company.
- Sell company services by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities through lead generation.
- Collaborate with the sales and production teams to develop and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms & conditions with potential customers, ensuring profitable deals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining regular communication with both the management and the customer.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
- Sound knowledge of the technical aspects of printing, sales, and CRM.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven sales and negotiating abilities.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Self-motivated, driven, and adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
- At least 3 years of work experience in a reputable organization.
