Refactory Limited (Refactory) was established by four partners; Clarke International University (CIU), Laboremus Uganda Ltd, and Fontes Foundation and Youth With A Mission UK.
Position Overview
The Talent Management Officer will be responsible for facilitating employment and internship opportunities for graduates of Refactory’s skilling programs. This role involves working with the Talent Management Lead to coordinate job placements, and provide support to Refactory graduates to ensure successful transitions into the workforce.
