Job Summary
Responsible for formulating merchant acquisition and the implementation of the overall merchant strategy.
Responsibilities
• Oversee Airtel Money retail trade activities as well as Gross additions drive across the country.
• Overseeing Airtel Money branches set up and operations.
• Track and monitor the performance of channel partners.
• Brand visibility of all airtel money touch points.
• Drive Revenue growth & business review.
• Merchants acquisition and retention strategy execution.
• Prudent 3rd Party Partner management.
• Ensure merchant visibility.
• Overseeing Airtel Money distribution strategies and activities.
• Professional People management.
Person Specification
Education, Training, Skills & Experience Knowledge, Skills & Competencies
• Master’s degree in business administration or any other related business course.
• 8+ years of experience in Business development/sales preferably in Fast Moving Consumer Goods.
• 3rd party partner management will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of distribution.
• Strong understanding of all aspects of sales and of the market dynamics.
• Experience in building and development of channels.
