GOAL is currently seeking to hire a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Officer
(MEL Officer) to join our team in Fortportal
. This is an exciting opportunity for you to join a dynamic International NGO and to use your skills in Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning. If you are familiar with working within the international development aid sector and have a strong background in Monitoring and Evaluation, then this role is perfect for you!
Key Duties and Responsibilities: The key responsibilities of the role will be:
MEL System Development
• Contribute to the development and update of the program’s overall measurement plans on behaviour and market system change.
• Contribute to the development of measurement plans for each Partnership Agreement with Portfolio Coordinators, Intervention Leads and intervention partners
