BACKGROUND AND PURPOSE:
The Human Resources (HR) Officer (Business Partner) at the Area Office will play a vital role in managing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of the office. The HR Officer will support WFP's mission by ensuring the recruitment, retention, development, and wellbeing of staff, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with WFP and local labor regulations.
