Job Purpose
To develop young engineers technically and administratively by imparting practical skills and latest trends in automotive technology through the two year apprenticeship program

1. To assist technicians as trainees learn through on-the-job training
2. To reduce vehicle delivery lead time to the possible minimum as per standard for better customer satisfaction.
3. To achieve skills levels through active participation/ attendance of practical and theoretical training sessions
