Senior Credit Manager - ILS
The Senior Credit Manager - ILS reports to the Head of Credit and will be based at Head Office. He/she responsible for develop and implement strategies and plans for growth, profitability and asset quality of the lending portfolio and ensure good customer service and compliance with applicable policy guidelines.
Specific responsibilities include: -
• Ensure that the loan portfolio targets are achieved, and portfolio quality is maintained within acceptable levels.
• Increase the customer base and active borrowers.
• Ensure that Pride's lending policies and procedures are complied with.
• Follow up and recover written-off loans and support branches in recovery.
• Ensure that all lending related client complaints received are addressed.
• Review of staff loan applications.
• Assess performance and build capacity of staff.
• Preparation of Board Papers.
Minimum Academic Qualifications, Experience & competences:
• Bachelor's degree in Secretarial studies or any relevant/ related field.
• Should possess atleast 4 years' experience in an executive office.
The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational skills, discretion and confidentiality, proven experience in an administrative or executive support role, technical skills required of a Personal Assistant, adaptability and resourcefulness, as well as willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Should not be more than 50 years of age.
