About This Job:
Q-Sourcing Limited trading as Q-Sourcing Servtec is a manpower management solutions firm operating in the East African Region in the countries of Uganda, Kenya, Tanzania, Rwanda, and South Sudan.
On behalf of our client, we are looking for a competent, skilled, and experienced Sales Analyst to work in Uganda.

JOB PURPOSE
The Sales analyst mission is to support sales efforts and optimize the sales effort. He/she in direct collaboration with the sales supervisor will be the guarantor of the operational efficiency of the sales force and the quality of the prospect bases.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Support sales and commercial prospecting processes:

1. Geographical analysis of addressable potentials.
2. Definition and allocation of homogeneous sales areas per sales supervisor and sales agent
3. Configuration and management of prospecting management tools (App-sheet).
4. Dispatch of prospects to the right sales teams based on the assigned areas.
5. Support to sales teams for the management of complex eligibilities.
6. Monitoring the evolution of the eligibility statuses of distributed IDs.
7. Monitoring and management of Commercial performance

Track prospection consistency and fill rate

1. Monitoring and analysis of various prospect files (volume, consistency, comments…)
2. Map analysis of prospecting, sales, and other indicators
3. Analysis of the occupancy rate by areas
4. Analysis of the daily, weekly, and monthly performance of sales agent in relation to sales supervisors
5. Liaise with network team to coordinate network extension based on commercial demand.

Qualifications & Experience
1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Management, IT, Data Engineering or a related field.
2. Good mastery of data analysis tools in particular EXCEL and QGIS,
3. Mastery of Microsoft Office pack (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Technical and behavioral skills:
1. Be analytical and data oriented.
2. Result oriented.
3. Capacity to analytically structure and synthesize commercial issues.
4. Ability to manage and develop a team.
5. Communication skills (oral and written) and very good interpersonal skills.
6. Listening, sense of contact and customer satisfaction
7. Autonomy, initiative, sense of organization and priorities
8. Rigor, taste for analysis, synthesis, and handling of computer tools / application
