Job Details:
Butuuro Financial Services is a member owned, governed and controlled institution
which started operations in 2007 and operates within South Western Uganda with its
Head Office located in Nyakabirizi Trading Center, Bushenyi- Ishaka Municipality.
Butuuro FS is looking for qualified, experienced and result oriented individuals to fill the
following positions
01(One) Sales Agent
Responsible for:
- Product/service management.
- Marketing –information management.
- Conducting promotional activities.
- Mobilizing new members and maintaining meaningful relationships with existing
ones to ensure they are retained. - Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective
members. - Putting together budget estimates for marketing campaigns and prepare relevant
monthly reports. - Reports to the Marketing Manager
Job Requirements and skills
- Knowledge in graphic designing, digital marketing, advertising, and branding.
- Strong leadership, customer management abilities, great networking and
negotiation skills. - High level of honesty, integrity and accountability
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- Neat and well groomed appearance.
- Not more than 30 years of age.
Qualifications.
Minimum of Bachelors degree in Business Administration or any other related field from a recognized educational institution. Specialization in areas of marketing will be an added advantage.
